Payment can be made by Cash in a Banker's Draft, Cheque or by using your    cards.jpg (3126 bytes)

REMEMBER - our displayed price includes VAT and delivery to your door within mainland UK, whilst our chairs come with a Full Dutailier Warranty.

Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are straightforward and reasonable

The prices quoted include Value Added Tax ruling at the date of order. The prices ruling at date of order would only be subject to alteration if there were to be a subsequent change in the Value Added tax rate.

Delivery is Free within mainland UK, there is a small charge to Ireland and the Channel Islands

Once goods are in production we are committed to the supplier to accept the order and we expect the same commitment from the customer.

We strive to obtain goods as soon as possible unless requested otherwise, Delivery guide times are given in good faith. We cannot give absolute guarantees where we are dependent on other suppliers.

After delivery: Should there be any complaint we ask you to notify us in writing by email within 2 days of delivery.

Returns for inspection

  • Goods that are returned for inspection carry an initial charge which must be paid before the collection is made.
  • Collection charge: £25.00 for one parcel + £20.00 each additional parcels  plus £6.50 for insurance.
  • Inspection Charge: £10.00
  • If found to be of non-manufacturing fault you will also be charged for the repair and re-delivery of the item
  • An estimate of the repair will be e-mailed to you before being carried out
  • You have 2 working days in which to reply to our repair quotation before the goods are returned to you un-repaired
  • Once inspected if found to be of manufacturing defect the item will be repaired/replaced free of charge and the initial charges will be credited back to you
  • We aim to collect - repair - replace and return goods within 10 working days
  • We do not provide a loan service
  • Un-used goods returned for inspection will be held for a maximum of 7 working days before either being returned or sold

Invoice
  • It is your responsibility to keep your invoice and your original order number safe
  • You will need the invoice and order number if you wish to claim on the warranty as this is your proof of purchase. .

Returns Policy:

  • Once satisfactory delivery has been taken, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods, with the exception of wooden products that have been ordered and made for yourself. You may return any item purchased from Easychair.Uk Ltd for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused and must be returned with the receipt. We suggest you obtain a proof of posting when returning any items so you may make a claim with your carrier should the parcel go missing, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
  • We reserve the right to charge 25% re-stocking fee along with the collection fee
  • If you would like Easychair to arrange the collection of any items we can arrange this for you with our contracted carrier and their charges are as follows:
  • £25.00 for one parcel + £20.00 each additional parcels plus £6.50 for insurance.
  • You may not order several items thinking you can choose between them and then send the remainder back without charge.

 Cancelling your order

  • If you decide to cancel an order that has not been dispatched you will receive a full refund less a £50.00 administration charge.
  • If your order has been dispatched you will be charged a return postage charge of £25.00 for one parcel + £20.00 each additional parcels plus £6.50 for insurance plus a £35.00 administration charge.
