Warranty Policy Of Dutailier Products
Dutailier products are guaranteed free from factory defects for a period of ONE (1) year
from date of purchase by the original consumer.
Warranty policies are attached to each Glider Rocker and Stool. All receipts must be
retained to establish warranty rights.
Freight Damage Claims.
Each Dutailier product is carefully inspected before it leaves the factory. All freight damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee and the deliveries must be checked prior to signing the delivery note. You are protected for claims against concealed damages for a further 7 days. Failure to notify Easychair.Uk Ltd within these periods should constitute evidence that the goods were delivered in good condition, and may mean refusal of your claim.
Claim and Return Procedures.
Please contact the service department of Easychair.Uk Ltd to obtain authorization for any return or claim.
Standard Dutailier Fabrics.
Standard Dutailier fabrics are available to purchase at £30 per metre. Minimum order 1m. Length. Delivered free when ordered with the chair or stool. £5 delivery charge when delivered separately. All fabrics used on furniture are FLAME RETARDANT.

Customers Own Material.
The quantity required is based on 137cm (54 inches) wide fabrics. For fabric’s 114cm (45 inches) or for large patterns, please supply an additional 1m. Customers Own Material orders, are charged at our list prices. The material supplied needs a Fire Certificate to Standard 1.If this is not included with the material the factory will use a Fire Retardant Interliner, there will be a additional charge of £35.00 in these circumstances.
On placing your Order with Easychair, we will post to you a
Postage Addressed Label to the Dutailier factory including your customer order number.
